| 摘 要： | 目的初步建立信息系统对健康危害因素监测业务支持能力的评价指标体系。方法通过对健康危害因素监测业务相关机构需求方的面谈和问卷调查，获取系统功能、业务流程现状，按优先级、难度和风险3个维度对健康危害因素监测直接相关的需求进行分析，再根据未来需求特征对信息支持能力进行综合评价。结果分析得到4大类26项主要健康危害因素监测功能需求指标，初步建立了8个维度5个层级的能力评价指标体系。结论应用该评分标准，可有效评价健康危害因素监测信息系统的业务支持能力和成熟度，为信息系统的现状评估和差距分析提供参考标准。
