电针治疗中重度血管性痴呆疗效观察

目的观察电针治疗中重度血管性痴呆的疗效。方法将60例患者分为治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组采用电针治疗，对照组采用西药治疗。治疗1个月和6个月后分别采用简易精神状态检查表（MMSE）、日常生活自理能力量表（ADL）、中医证候积分表（SDSVD）进行疗效评价。结果治疗1个月后，根据MMSE、ADL、SDSVD量表评价，治疗组临床有效率分别是76．7％、30．0％、33．3％；对照组分别是30．0％、0．03％、10．0％，两组MMSE、ADL、SDSVD疗效差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．001，P〈0．05）。治疗组近期疗效优于对照组。治疗6个月后随访，根据MMSE、ADL量表评价，治疗组临床有效率分别是60．9％、34．8％；对照组有效率分别是34．8％、21．7％。两组MMSE、ADL疗效差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论电针治疗中重度血管性痴呆是治疗中重度血管性痴呆的理想方法。

Observations on the Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture on Moderate and Severe Vascular Dementia

Objective To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on moderate and severe vascular dementia.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and the control group,with Western medicine.The curative effects were evaluated by means of MMSE(mini mental status examination),ADL(activity of daily living scale)and SDSVD(TCM syndrome score)at 1 and 6 months after treatment.Results According to MMES,ADL and SDSVD evaluations at 1 month after treatment,the clinical efficacy rates were 76.7%,30.0%and33.3% separately in the treatment group and 30.0%,0.03%and10.0% separately in the control group.There were significant differences in MMSE,ADL and SDSVD curative effects in both groups(P<0.001,P<0.05).The short-term effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group.According to MMSE and ADL evaluations at 6 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy rates were 60.9%,and 34.8% separately in the treatment group and 34.8%,and 21.7% separately in the control group.There were significant differences in MMSE and ADL curative effects in both groups(P<0.05).The long-term effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an ideal way to treat moderate and severe vascular dementia.
