大阴唇皮瓣阴道成形再造术36例疗效比较

目的为寻求手术再造解剖和功能上都更接近于正常阴道的方法。方法1990-12～2001-12共实施阴道闭锁再造36例,手术采用两种方法:①大阴唇皮瓣经小阴唇下阴道成形术;②阴股沟大阴唇皮瓣阴道再造成形术。结果第1种方法手术16例,效果满意,但皮瓣易脱出,且阴道穴腔内有阴毛存在。第2种手术方法手术20例,则克服了以上缺陷,它供区荫蔽,手术方便,全部手术一期完成,临床获得满意效果。结论皮瓣阴道再造是第一选择,而阴股沟大阴唇皮瓣再造阴道也不失是一种好方法。

Labium major pudenda flap for vagina reconstruction: A report of 36 cases

Objective Through an improved operation to reconstruct the vagina being close to normal vagina at anatomy and function. Methods From October 1990 to October 2001, the 36 patients were treated, the operation procedures as follows:①The labium major pudenda flap via the labium minus pudenda for lower vagina reconstruction.②The groin flap with labium for vagina reconstruction. Results The 16 patients were treated using first operation method, with postoperative satisfactory results. but the flap easy drop out and there were pubisure in reconstructed vaginacavity. The second method, which was performed in another 20 cases,conquers defect of first operation method. After operation the pubisure aspect was satisfactory, there was well-hidden donor site, the operation was finished primaryly and well. Conclusion There are many operation methods for vagina reconstruction, but the flap is first choice, the groin flap with labium for vagina reconstruction is a better method.
