影响小儿脑性瘫痪综合疗效因素的探讨

目的：为探讨影响小儿脑性瘫痪疗效因素，提高疗效。方法：对５２例脑瘫儿并对坚持３个月疗程伴智力迟滞的脑瘫儿的年龄、疗程、病情、智力恢复、脑瘫诱因等进行了对比观察。结果：有效率～２岁组为９３．５％，～４岁组为６０．０％，～６岁组为６２．０％，与～２岁组比较，Ｐ＜０．０５。疗程～１月者有效率为４０．９１％，～２月者为９２．８６％，～３月者为９３．７５％。轻度及中度脑瘫有效率分别为９１％及８０％，重度为１２．５％。１５例智力迟滞较治疗前智商值提高８．０２，中度智力迟滞者提高６．６３，重度智力迟滞者提高４．１７。新生儿窒息早产儿及低体重者有效率为８３．８７％，其他因素引起的脑瘫儿有效率为５２．８３％。头部ＣＴ异常改变与脑瘫疗效，无明显相关。结论：年龄越小疗效越好；疗程长者疗效好；脑瘫程度与疗效明显相关；伴智力迟滞者需３个月治疗方可收到疗效。建议做好孕期及新生儿期保健，早期发现及时治疗方可提高疗效。

Research of Influence Factors on Complex Curative Effect with Cerebral Palsy in Child

Objective:In order to probe into the influence upon the factors cure for childish cerebral palsy and raise the curative effect.Methods:Observe 52 cases developing childish cerebral palsy and observe cases with mental retardation and keeping treatment for three months among them and the case of ages,the courses of treatment,patient's condition,brain-recovering and the factors inducing cerebral palsy are comparatively observed.Results:Below the age of 2,the curative effect is 93.5 percent;below the age of 4,60.6 percent;below the age of 62.0 percent;comparing with 2-year-old the group,P<0.05.For patients,with course of treatment in a month,the curative effect is 40.91 percent;in two months,92.86 percent;in the three months,93.75 percent;for a slight case of cerebral palsy or which is not serious,the effect is 91 or 80 percent;for the severe case of cerebral palsy,12.5 percent.The value of 15 cases whose intelligence are sluggish raise 8.02 than they treated before.For stifled newborn babies,premature infants and babies of light weight,the curative effect is 83.87 percent.Head-CT(abnormal)changing is not obviously interrelated with the curactive effect of cerebral palsy.Conclusion The younger,the better the curative effect is;the longer the course of treatment is,the better.The degree of cerebral palsy is obviously interrelated with the curative effect of cerebral palsy.There will be curative effect for those cases with being sluggish,treated for three months.We suggest to take good care of period pregnancy and newborn infants;diseases should be found earlier and cured in time,the higher the curative effect can be raised.
