| 摘 要： | 采用流式细胞免疫方法（Ｆｌｏｗｃｙｔｏｍｅｒｔｒｉｃｉｍｍｕｎｏｌｏｇｙ，ＦＣＭＩ）对４５例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者手术前后的外周血淋巴细胞（Ｐｅｒｉｐｈｅｒａｌｂｌｏｏｄｌｙｍｐｈｏｃｙｔｅ，ＰＢＬ）ＣＤ４４含量进行了定量检测研究，以探讨ＣＤ４４在用于口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤辅助诊断及复发，转移等方面的临床价值。

| Abstract: | A study was designed to explore the relationship of adhesion molecules CD44 with oral and maxillofacial tumors. CD44 of peripheral lymphocyte in 45 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors and 20 normal controls were measured by flow cytometric immunological method (FCMI). The results showed that as compared with normal controls, the CD44 content of peripheral lymphocyte was normal in benign tumors postoperative (P>0. 05) ; But it obviously increased in malignant tumors preoperative and postoperative (F<0. 001) it obviously increased in the patients with cervical metas-tases as compared with the non-metastases (P<0. 001). The study suggest that CD44 can be used as an indicator in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors, and for discovering recurrence and metas-tases of tumors. |
