| 摘 要： | 双歧杆菌制剂对复发性口疮的疗效已有文献报道，我们在应用双歧杆菌乳剂治疗复发性口疮期间重点观察了Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群（ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４，ＣＤ８），自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ）治疗前后的动态变化，结果表明与对照组比较双歧杆菌乳剂可使得发性口疮病人ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４，ＮＫ细胞显著增多（Ｐ〈０．００１），而对ＣＤ８数目无明显影响（Ｐ〉０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Documents of the curative effect of bifidobacteria preparation for recurrent aphtha have been reported We laid special stress on observing the dynanic changes of T lymphocyte subgroup (CD3.CD4. CD8)and natural kill cell (NK) during the coures of applying bifidobacteria emulsion for treating recurrent aphtha. The results showed that bifidobacteria emulsion could make the recurrent aphtha patient's CD3 CD4 and NK cell numbers increase remarkably (P<0. 001 ), but it did not effect CD8numbers distinctly (P>0. 05 ). |
