| 摘 要： | 本文对14例内胚窦瘤进行较详细的病理形态学观察。讨论该瘤的形态发生学、生物学特性、病理特点。提出S—D小体虽为本瘤的主要特征之一,但仅见于35%病例,故不能作为诊断此瘤的唯一根据,尚需结合其它条件全面进行考虑。

| Abstract: | The pathological features of 14 cases of endodermal sinus tumors are studied.The morphogenesis,biologic behavior and other pathological fea- tures are briefly discussed.Although the presence of S-D body is the cha- racteristic feature of this tumor,yet it occurs only in 35% of the 14 cases.Therefore it is not the only criteria the diagnosis depends upon. Other histological features should be also considered comprehensively. |
