辽河油田4899例在职女工HPV感染情况分析

目的:了解辽河油田在职女工人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况。方法:应用基因芯片对4899例辽河油田在职女工进行HPV检测,并对结果进行分析。结果:HPV总感染率为10.3%,检出HPV亚型26种,其中高危型HPV占76.0%,主要感染亚型为HPV16,其次为58、52、51和68型;低危型HPV占24.0%,检出率居前3位依次是54、55和40亚型。在505例HPV感染者中,以单一亚型感染为主占85.4%,多重亚型感染占14.6%。不同年龄组间HPV感染情况无明显差异。结论:辽河油田职女工HPV感染率最高的亚型为16型,其次为58型,有别于其他地区;感染者以单一HPV亚型感染为主,双重亚型感染主要合并为58型。

Analysis of HPV infected situation in 4899 female employees from Liaohe Oilfield

Objective:To know the situation of human papilloma virus (HPV) infected in female employees from Liaohe oilfield.Methods:The HPV infected situations of 4899 female employees from Liaohe oilfield were detected by gene chip technology and the outcomes were analyzed.Results:The rate of HPV infection was 10.31％,total of 26 HPV subtypes were detected.The percentage of high-risk HPV subtype infected was 76.04％,HPV 16 was the most common subtype,HPV 58 was the second most common subtype,HPV 52,HPV 51 or HPV 68 was followed.The percentage of low-risk HPV subtype infected was 23.96 ％,and the three most prevalent low-risk subtypes were HPV 54,HPV 55 and HPV 40.Among 505 female employees with HPV infected,the percentage of women with only one subtype HPV infected was 85.35 ％,which was higher than the percentage of women with multiple HPV subtypes infected (14.65％).There were no significant differences in the HPV infected rate of different age female employees.Conclusion..HPV 16 is the most common HPV subtype infected in female employees from Liaohe oilfield,and HPV58 is the second most common subtype infected,that is different from other areas of China.Female employee with one HPV subtype infected is more prevalent,and female employee with two HPV subtypes infected is usually combined with HPV 58 infected.
