| 摘 要： | 帕金森病(PD)是一种神经系统退行性疾病,左旋多巴仍是治疗PD的金标准用药,但是随着疾病的发展,长期服用左旋多巴会出现左旋多巴诱发异动症(LID),LID是常见的运动并发症。文中主要讨论LID的临床表现及治疗问题。

| Abstract: | PD is a neurodegenerative disease.L-dopa is still the gold standard for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD).L-dopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) is one of the main types of drug-induced dyskinesia, occurring in patients with PD who have been treated with levodopa for long time. A variety of emerging drugs currently in development promise to providea a better control of LIDs in near future. The clinical manifestations and pharmacology treatment of LID were discussed. |
