原发性肝癌行肝移植前的桥接治疗

摘    要:桥接治疗是原发性肝癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma,HCC)行肝移植前的主要辅助治疗方式,能有效降低等待肝移植的退出率,减少肝移植术后肿瘤复发率,提高无瘤生存期及总生存期。对于肝移植术的患者,桥接治疗的角色愈发重要,是一种控制肿瘤进展的必要治疗方式。随着各种新技术的开展,桥接治疗的方式越来越多,技术也不断成熟与完善。然而也存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文就桥接治疗的发展现状进行分析并对新技术进行展望,同时对存在的问题提出建议。

Abstract:Bridging therapy is the important adjuvant therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma before liver transplantation,which can decrease the dropout rate and the recurrence rates after liver transplantation,prolonging tumor-free survival and total survival. Bridging therapy has played a more and more important roles in delaying tumor progression for patients waiting for liver transplantation. With the development of technology used for clinical purpose,kinds of bridging therapy have become more mature and perfect. However,some problems still need to be solved. This article aims to analyze the current situation of the development and looking forward to the new technology of bridging therapy,besides,putting forward the proposal to the current problems.
