骨痛散封包结合口服中药治疗退行性膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的：研究骨痛散封包结合口服中药对退行性膝骨关节炎疗效的影响,探讨中药内外结合治疗膝骨关节炎的临床优势。方法：将符合诊断标准的150例患者随机分成中药内外结合治疗组50例,骨痛散封包治疗对照组50例,口服中药对照组50例,治疗1个月后进行3组患者疼痛症状、膝关节功能评分,判定临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率明显优于两对照组,且治疗组治疗后膝关节疼痛积分和关节功能积分,均明显优于两对照组,差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：骨痛散封包结合口服中药治疗退行性膝骨关节炎疗效明显优于单纯封包组和口服中药组。

Clinical Research on Treatment of Recessive Knee Osteoarthritis with Gutong San Wafers Combined with Oral Chinese Drugs

Objective： to research the curative effect of Gutong San（ antiosteodynia powder） wafers combined with oral Chinese drugs in treatment of recessive knee osteoarthritis,and to explore the clinical advantages of internal and external combination of Chinese drugs in treatment. Methods： 150 cases to diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into three groups： combination treatment group of50 cases,Gutong San group of 50 and oral Chinese drug group of 50. One month later,evaluate the pain symptoms and the knee joint function and determine the curative effect. Results： the total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of control groups; the scores of pain and joint function were higher than that of control groups,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Gutong San Wafers with oral Chinese drugs is more effective in treatment of recessive knee osteoarthritis than pure wafer or pure Chinese drugs.
