针灸治疗女性肥胖伴发更年期综合征的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察针灸治疗女性肥胖伴发更年期综合征的临床疗效,探讨针灸治疗作用机制。方法对64例女性肥胖伴发更年期综合征患者行针灸治疗,统计分析患者针灸治疗前后体征、肥胖指标、Kupperman指数、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)等指标的变化,评价针灸治疗临床疗效。结果针灸治疗后,患者肥胖指标、Kupperman指数、FSH水平等较治疗前均有明显下降(P0.05),E2水平较治疗前则有明显升高(P0.05),且疗效程度与患者肥胖等级呈一定相关性。结论女性肥胖伴发更年期综合征患者采用针灸疗法进行治疗,疗效均十分显著,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Effect of acupuncture in the treatment of female obesity accompanied with climacteric syndrome

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of female obesity accompanied with climacteric syndrome and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture therapy.Methods Medical data of 64 cases of female obesity accompanied with climacteric syndrome treated by acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were statistically analyzed,including signs,obesity index,Kupperman index( E2),estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone( FSH) before and after treatment. Results Obesity index,Kupperman index and FSH level were significantly decreased after treatment( P 〈 0. 05),while the E2 level after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment( P 〈 0. 05). And the therapeutic effect was associated with the obesity level. Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of female obesity accompanied with climacteric syndrome,having high value of clinical application.
