参芪扶正注射液与硫酸镁治疗慢性肺心病心衰的对照研究

摘    要:目的观察参芪扶正注射液与硫酸镁对慢性肺心病心衰及血粘度的影响。方法 6 2例慢性肺心病患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (常规加参芪扶正注射液 )和 32例对照组 (常规加硫酸镁治疗 ) 30例 ,分别观察治疗前后心功能及血粘度。结果治疗组心功能比对照组有显著改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后血粘度较治疗前有显著改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且与对照组治疗后比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而对照组治疗前后血粘度无明显改善 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性肺心病心衰优于硫酸镁 ,能有效降低血粘度是其重要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of shen qi fu zheng injection and magnesium sulfate on chronic pulmonary heart failure as well as plasma viscosity. Methods 62 chronic pulmonary heart failure were divided into treatment group(32 cases using shen qi fu zheng injection )and contrast group(30 cases using magnesium sulfate).To observe heart function and plasma viscosity before or after treatment respectively.Results Heart function of treatment group was markedly improved comparing to contrast group(P<0.05);plasma viscosity of treatment group also got better improved than before (P<0.05)and there was a significantly difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),while the plasma viscosity of contrast group wasn't obviously improved(P>0.05).Conclusion shen qi fu zheng injection is mere effect than to magnesium sulfate in treating chronic pulmonary heart failure.
