常用中药静脉注射剂对银屑病T淋巴细胞增殖影响的比较

目的探讨4种常用中药注射剂清开灵注射液、鱼腥草注射液、香丹注射液、双黄连粉针剂治疗银屑病的作用机制并进行比较分析。方法分离培养人外周血单核细胞,设定药物浓度,给药,MTT比色法定量测定细胞数,以增殖百分率与对数浓度作图显示量效关系。结果4种常用中药注射剂对T淋巴细胞增殖均显示了抑制作用。实验还证明清开灵注射液的作用明显优于鱼腥草注射液(P<0.01)。且其效果与浓度之间成正相关性。结论4种常用中药注射剂可能通过抑制T淋巴细胞增殖达到治疗银屑病的效果。

Comparison of effects of four kinds of Chinese medicine injections on T cell proliferation

Objective To explore and comparison the mechanism of 4 kinds of Chinese medicine injections,Qingkailing Injection,Yuxingcao Injection,Xiangdan Injection and Shuanghuanglian Injection,in treating psoriasis.Method Human PBMCs(peripheral blood mononuclear cells) were isolated and cultured,and pretreated by the designed concentrations of above injections.MTT method was used to estimate the amount of cells.The dose-effect relationship was showed by the figure made from the percentages of proliferation and the logarithm concentrations.Results Four kinds of Chinese medicine injections showed suppressive effect distinctly on T cell proliferation,and the effect of Qingkailing Injection was more obvious than that of Yuxingcao Injection(P<0.01).There was positive relation between effect and concentration.Conclusion Suppressing the T cell proliferation may be the possible mechanism of 4 kinds of Chinese medicine injections in treating psoriasis.
