| 摘 要： | 近年来,支气管灌洗在借鉴支气管肺泡灌洗的基础上,逐渐开展应用,亦称支气管冲洗,可在支气管镜或气管插管下进行。在新生儿临床亦逐渐应用支气管灌洗于诊治气道疾病,并取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | The bronchial lavage is applied gradually in recent year,which is based on bronchoalveolar lavage and can be carried out by bronchoscopy or endotracheal tube.The bronchial lavage has achieved a good effect in diagnosing diseases of air duct in neonatus clinic. |
