| 摘 要： | 作者对３６例绝经后妇女给予尼尔雌醇ｌｍｇ／２ｗ观察１年。结果显示：（１）血清ＡＬＰ、空腹尿Ｃａ／Ｃｒ和ＨＰｒ／Ｃｒ较治疗前显著降低；（２）未服用尼尔雌醇经１年观察桡骨骨矿含量平均减少４．０３％，服用尼尔雌醇１年后则增加１０．３４％；（３）骨质疏松发生率从眼药前的４１．７％降至服药后的２５．０％。

| Abstract: | Nilestriol 1 mg every two weeks was administrated for 1 year in 36 postmenopausal women. The results showed that:(1)S ALP,FU Ca/Cr and FU HPr/Cr were statistically significent lower than that before administration;(2)The average radial BMC decreased by 4.03% without Nilestriol during l year abservation and increased by 10.34 % after 1 year treatment with Nilestriol;(3)The incidence of osteoporosis from 41.7%(before treatment)was decreased to 25.0%(after treatment) |
