武汉市大学生体力活动现况调查研究

目的调查武汉市大学生体力活动现状并提出相应的建议。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取武汉市某综合性大学293名在校男、女学生用国际体力活动量表(IPAQ)进行问卷调查。结果在最近一周内,男、女学生从事重度体力活动时间分别为30min/d和0min/d,差异有显著性(P<0.01);35%的男学生体力活动活跃程度处于高度活跃,25.2%的女学生处于完全静坐。结论女学生体力活动明显低于男学生,需要更进一步的探讨影响男、女大学生体力活动的关键因素。

Cross sectional study on physical activity of college students in Wuhan

Objective To investigate the present situation of physical activity of college students in Wuhan so as to put forward the corresponding proposal.Methods Randomly cluster sampling was used to collect data in a comprehensive university in Wuhan,the data was analyzed by the IPAQ.Results During the previous week,the time during which male and female college students spent on high physical activity was 30 minutes per day and 0 minute per day respectively,the difference was significant (P<0.01).35% of the male students was in high active degree,25.2% of female students was mainly in sitting situation.Conclusion The physical activity of female college students was obviously lower than that of male ones.It is in urgent need to find out the key factors influencing the physical activity of male and female college students.
