儿童行为问题及其影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的了解儿童的行为问题发生及其影响因素,为有效开展心理健康教育、保障儿童身心健康提供科学依据。方法随机抽取武汉市青山区437名儿童,采用Achenbach氏儿童行为量表（CBCL）和自制调查问卷进行调查,应用SPSS统计软件进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果儿童行为问题的检出率为8.2%。女孩行为问题检出率明显高于男孩（P〈0.01）,母亲职业、父母关系、学习环境、父母的态度、和父母谈心理话对儿童行为问题有影响（P〈0.05）。结论家庭、学校、社会必须关注儿童行为问题及其影响因素,采取综合措施减少儿童行为问题的发生,保障儿童身心健康。

Logistic regression analysis on behavior problem of children and influential factor

Objective To understand the behavioral problems of children and its influence factors,provide basis of the mental health education. Methods 37 children in Qingshan district Wuhan city were surveyed by using the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist and a mental health questionnaire for children. The data was analyzed with the Logistic regression by SPSS statistical software. Results The rate of behavioral problems of children was 8. 2% ,the girls were more than the boys（P 0. 01）. Logistic regression revealed that five factors affected behavioral problems of the children,including mother＇s occupation,relationship between parents,studying circumstance,the attitude of parents,chat with parents. Conclusion The comprehensive measures should be taken among family,school and society,to reduce the behavioral problems of children.
