商丘市高校教师血脂、血糖和血尿酸水平的调查

目的了解高校教师血清甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、血糖（GLU）和血尿酸（UA）水平与性别、年龄的关系。方法对3828名高校教师进行空腹血清中TG、TC、GLU和UA等指标检测。结果TG、TC、GLU和uA水平总趋势均随着年龄增长而逐渐增高（P〈0．05），30岁一年龄组各项指标显著高于30岁以下年龄组（P〈0．05）；高血糖、高血脂检出率在50岁以上年龄组出现显著增高，与50岁以下年龄组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。高尿酸血症检出率在40岁以上年龄组与40岁以下年龄组相比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；且男性高于女性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论血清TG、TC、GLU和UA水平及异常检出率总趋势均随年龄增长而逐渐增高，高尿酸血症检出率男性高于女性。加强体育锻炼，合理安排饮食，对降低动脉粥样硬化性心脑血疾病、糖尿病和痛风病发病率具有重要意义。
