关节镜治疗膝关节病合并囊肿的临床疗效观察

目的分析关节镜手术治疗膝关节病以及膝关节囊肿的临床效果。方法选择收治的60例膝关节病变合并囊肿患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,实验组应用关节镜对患者的膝关节内滑膜、软骨、韧带等进行局部手术治疗,对照组则进行常规的开放性手术治疗,对患者进行6~10个月的随访,对比两组患者的有效率及并发症情况。结果两组患者病情得到了较大的改善,实验组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组术后均无严重并发症发生。结论关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节病变合并囊肿的效果良好,具有手术时间短、安全性高、对患者危害小等优点,值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical therapeutic effect observation on arthroscopy in treating gonarthrosis combined

Objective To analyze clinical therapeutic effect of arthroscopy in treating gonarthrosis combined with knee cyst. Methods Sixty patients with gonarthrosis combined with knee cyst were divided into two groups, each 30 cases： the experimental group that were treated with ~hroscopy inside synovium, cartilage, and ligaments, and the control group that were treated with conventional open surgery. All patients were followed up for 6 to 10 months, and total effective rate and complication of the two groups were compared. Results All patients improved greatly in main symptom, with the total effective rate of the experimental group as 93.3%, significantly higher than 60% of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious complication occurred in two groups. Conclusion Arthroscopy in treating gonarthrosis combined with knee cyst is effective, with benefits of shorter operation time, higher safety, and less harm to patients, indicating its broad clinical application.
