孟鲁司特钠联合雾化吸入治疗75例儿童感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

目的 观察孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合雾化吸入治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 选取2012年7月～2013年7月收治的感染后咳嗽患儿150例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各75例,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合布地奈德及复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗.观察对比两组的临床疗效和不良反应.结果 观察组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为（93.3% vs 64.0%）,观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合雾化吸入治疗儿童感染后咳嗽,临床疗效显著,安全可靠,而且易被患儿接受,值得临床推广应用.

Curative effect of montelukast sodium combined with aerosol inhalation on 75 cases of children with post-infection cough

Objective To observe the curative effect of montelukast sodium combined with aerosol inhalation on 75 cases of children with post infection cough.Methods 150 children with post-infection cough from July,2012 to July, 2013 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 75 cases in each group according to random number table.The observation group were given montelukast sodium chewable tablets, budesonide and compound isopropyl bromide aerosol inhalation as treatment. The control group were given montelukast chewable tablets only. Then, the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Resalts The total clinical effective rate of the observation group and control group was 93.3% and 64.0%, respectively.So the observation group had obviously higher effective rate and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.01）.However, the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups indicated no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）.Conclusion Montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with aerosol inhalation has an positive effect in treating children with posvinfection cough.It is safe, reliable and easily accepted by children.Thus, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
