| 摘 要： | 随着光学相干断层成像术(optical coherence tomography,OCT)的完善,其在临床的应用渐渐普及。OCT具有较高的分辨率、重复性好,已成为诊断和监测青光眼进展的重要工具。尤其对青光眼早期诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对青光眼的随访亦有重要价值。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of technique, optical coherence tomography （ OCT ） becomes popular. Due to its high resolution and repeatability, OCT has become an important instrument in diagnosing and surveilling the progress of glaucoma. In particularly, it has a high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing early-stage glaucoma, and great value in the follow-up of the disease. |
