| 摘 要： | <正>2008年6月~2012年5月,我们采用侧方附加锁定钢板治疗6例股骨骨折髓内钉固定术后骨不连患者,疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组6例,男5例,女1例,年龄22~51岁。1例为股骨上1/3,3例为股骨中1/3,2例为股骨下1/3。骨不连时间为10~35个月。1.2手术方法采用腰麻。患者取侧卧位。行外侧纵行切口,长6~10 cm,自肌间隙进入,到达骨膜。用骨刀在断端周围骨皮质上做开槽,术中发现骨折端硬化骨生成,并有部分软化的纤维组
