基层医院施行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术的临床体会

目的 探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术在基层医院治疗白内障的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析2011年2月至2013年5月收治的白内障患者210例276眼的临床资料,均采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术治疗.结果 经手术后随访3个月发现,视力0.3以上者239眼（86.6%）,0.1～0.3者28眼（10.1%）,小于0.1者9眼（3.3%）;手术并发症主要包括后囊膜破裂、葡萄膜反应、角膜水肿、前房少量积血、暂时性高压眼等,经处理后均好转.结论 小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术是一种安全、有效、简便的方法,适合在基层医疗单位开展.

Clinical experience of extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation in primary hospitals

Objective To study the clinical experience of extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract in primary hospitals.Methods Clinical data of 210 cases（276 eyes） with cataract admitted to our hospital from Feb, 2011 to May, 2013, were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were given extraeapsular cataract extraction with small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation. Results After 3 months of follow-up visit after the operation, there were 239 eyes （88.6 %） with eyesight higher than 0.3,28 eyes（10.1%） with eyesight from 0.1 to 0.3,and 9 eyes（3.3~） with eyesight less than 0.1.The surgical complications mainly included post-capsular rupure, urea reaction, corneal edema, a little hyphema and temporary ocular hypertension,etc.All of them were recuperated after clinical treatment.Concluslon Extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation is safe, effective and convenient in treating cataract.Thus, it is worth promoting in primary hospitals.
