摘    要:目的 探讨在宫颈癌的发生发展及预后中ERK及JNK/MAPK通路表达的意义.方法 收集正常宫颈组织、宫颈CINⅠ级、CINⅡ/Ⅲ级、宫颈癌的病例各30例,应用免疫组化技术检测ERK、JNK在四组中的表达.结果 ERK的表达率呈递增趋势,相邻两组间ERK表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明ERK由CINⅠ级到CINⅡ/Ⅲ级的变化过程在宫颈癌的发展中起着至关重要的作用.JNK的表达率相邻两组之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 ERK及JNK/MAPK通路的激活与抑制和宫颈癌的发生发展有密切相关,且ERK/MAPKs通路的激活在CINⅠ级到CINⅡ/Ⅲ级的变化过程与宫颈癌的发生较为密切.

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of ERK and JNK/MAPK signal passage in the occurrence,development and prognosis of cervical cancer.Methods 4 groups were collected with 30 cases in each group:groupl with normal cervical tissues, group2 with CIN I cervical cancer, group3 with CIN II cervical cancer and group4 with CIN III cervical cancer. Then, the expression of ERK and JNK in all groups was measured by immunohistochemistry technique.Results The expression rate of ERK tended to increase and their difference between two adjacent groups was statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05) ,which showed that the expression change of ERK from CIN I to CIN II /III played a significant role in the development of cervical cancer.There was no significant statistical difference in the expression rate of JNK between two adjacent groups( P 〉0.05).Conclusion The occurrence and development of cervical cancer is closely related to the activation and inhibition of ERK and JNK/MAPK signal passage.Changes of ERK/MAPK signal passage's activation from CIN I to CIN II/III have more to do with the occurrence of cervical cancer.
