血清钙调蛋白水平与急性缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损程度的关系

目的:观察急性缺血性脑卒中(IS)后48h血清钙调蛋白(CAM)水平变化及与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的关系。方法:急性IS患者(IS组,n=120),入院时采用NIHSS进行评分,并按NIHSS评分5分(A组,n=51)和NIHSS评分≤5分(B组,n=69)分为两个亚组,于IS后48h测定血清CAM值;另取体检健康人群(对照组,n=100)平行测定血清CAM值。比较IS组与对照组以及不同NIHSS评分IS患者血清CAM水平差异,分析IS组CAM水平与NIHSS评分的相关性。结果:IS组血清CAM值较对照组显著增高(t=15.34,P0.01);A组患者CAM水平明显高于B组(t=10.51,P0.01);急性IS患者血清CAM水平与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关(r=0.308,P0.01)。结论:血清CAM水平可反映IS患者急性期病情程度。

Relationship Between Serum Calmodulin and the Degree of Neurological Deficit of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective：To observe the relationship between the change of the serum calmodulin（CAM）level at 48 hours af-ter acute ischemic stroke（IS）with the U.S national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS）score.Method：The a-cute IS patients（IS group,n=120）,using NIHSS score at admission,according to NIHSS score〉 5 （group A,n=51）and NIHSS score ≤ 5 （group B,n= 69）were divided into two subgroups.The serum CAM values at 48 hours after acute IS were measured.Another parallelly examining the serum CAM values in healthy people （control group, n=100）.Compared the difference of the serum CAM levels in IS group with that of the control group and the differ-ence of the serum CAM levels in IS patients with different NIHSS score.The correlation of the CAM level in IS group with the NIHSS score were analyzed.Results：The serum CAM levels in IS group was significantly higher than control group（t=15.34,P〈0.01）.The serum CAM levels in the group A was significantly higher than the group B （t=10.51,P〈0.01）.The serum CAM level in acute IS patients with the NIHSS score were positively cor-related（r=0.308,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The serum CAM levels can reflect the disease extent in patients with IS at acute phase.
