腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断加肌瘤切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断加肌瘤切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法 126例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,观察组行腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术加子宫肌瘤切除术,对照组单纯行子宫肌瘤切除术,比较两组围手术期指标、术后复发情况及性激素水平。结果观察组的术中出血量及术后复发率明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者术前FSH、LH、E2较治疗前无明显差异(P0.05),术后12月与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫动脉阻断术加肌瘤切除术治疗子宫肌瘤能够有效减少术中出血量,降低术后复发率,且不影响卵巢功能。

Efficacy observation of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion plus myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion plus myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods One hundred and twenty six patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group treated by laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion plus myomectomy, and the control group by myomectomy, and their perioperative indicators, recurrence after surgery, and hormone levels were compared. Results The blood loss and postoperative recurrence rate were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group （ all P 〈 0.05）. FSH, LH, or E level was of no significant difference between the two groups before operation（P 〉0.05）, and they didn＇t changes significantly after 12 months in both groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion plus myomectomy can effectively reduce blood loss and recurrence rate, without affecting ovarian function in treating uterine fibroids.
