| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿先天性冠状动脉-心室瘘的介入治疗方法及临床意义。方法采用国产肌部的室间隔封堵器对1例左冠状动脉左室瘘患者进行介入治疗。结果介入封堵成功,即刻患儿临床症状改善,随访3个月,患儿心脏较前缩小,生活质量改善。结论介入治疗先天性冠状动脉瘘创伤小,疗效显著,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the method and clinical value of transcatheter closure in the treatment of congenital coronary artery fistulas （CAFs）. Methods One child of CAFs was treated with transcatheter closure using ventricular septal occluder made in China. Results Transcatheter closure of congenital coronary artery fistulas was successful. The child＇s symptom became better immediately. Follow-up at 3 months showed his heart became smaller, and life quality improved. Condusion The transcatheter closure is a microinvasive, effective, and safe method in treating CAFs. |
