丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效及血管内皮生长因子血清水平变化

目的:观察丁苯酞对急性脑梗死的临床疗效及患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化。方法:68例急性脑梗死患者,简单随机化分组法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=33)。对照组给予口服阿斯匹林片、依达拉奉针静滴;观察组在对照组基础上加服丁苯酞软胶囊。两组疗程均为14天。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前和治疗14天后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)和血清VEGF水平。结果:观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);VEGF水平高于治疗前(P0.05),也高于对照组治疗后水平(P0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分均低于治疗前(P0.05),且观察组低于对照组治疗后(P0.05)。结论:丁苯酞可协同其它药物升高VEGF水平及提高急性脑梗死疗效。

Butylphthalide Therapy in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and the Changes of Vascular En-dothelial Growth Factor Serum Levels

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and serum varcular endothelial butylphthalide on acute cere-bral infarction （VEGF）levels of growth factor.Method：68 cases of patients,simple randomization were divided in-to the observation group （35 cases）and control group （33 cases）,control group were given oral aspirin tablets, edaravone intravenous needles;the observation group in the control group based on the use of oral Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.The two groups were treated for 14 days.Comparison of two clinical efficacy,and in patients after diagnosis before treatment and 14 days after the detection of two groups of nerve function defect degree （NIHSS） and serum VEGF level.Results：In the observation group after treatment,the clinical total effective rate was also higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;the level of VEGF was higher than that before treatment （P〈0. 05）,also higher than that of the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）;the level of defect degree of the nervous function of two groups after treatment （NIHSS）scores were lower than those before therapy （P〈0.05）,and the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Butylphthalide can in-crease the level of VEGF in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
