利培酮联合氟西汀与氟西汀单独治疗抑郁症的效果比较

目的探讨利培酮联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的效果。方法随机将６７例抑郁症患者分成二组，分别给予氟西汀与氟西汀合并利培酮治疗６周，以ＨＡＭＤ及ＨＡＭＡ二种量表观察疗效，以ＴＥＳＳ量表观察副反应。结果二组间ＨＡＭＤ和ＨＡＭＡ于第１、２、６周末减分率比较均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１／Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＴＥＳＳ各周差异均不明显。结论利培酮合并氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单纯使用氟西汀，且耐受性好。

A comparison of the effect between combine risperidone with fluoxeine and fluoxeine alone in the treatment depression

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of combine risperidone with fluoxeine in the treatment of depression.Method67 patients with depression were randomly assigned into two groups treated respectively,such as combine risperidone with fluoxeine and fluoxeine alone for 6 weeks in order to evaluate efficacy and side effects with HAMD,HAMA,and TESS after 1,2,6 week.ResultsThere were differences of decreased scores of HAMD,HAMA between the two groups patients after 1,2,6 week respectively.There were no differences of scores of TESS between the two groups patients after 1,2,6 week respectively(P<0.01/P<0.05).ConclusionCombine risperidone with fluoxeine was much better than fluoxeine alone,the former was well tolerated.
