| 摘 要： | 应用PCR及PAG电泳技术研究了CYP19、LPL和TH3个STR位点的多态性。调查武汉地区200名汉族无亲缘关系个体，首次获得汉族人群基因频率分布。3位点基因型频率分布与Hardy－weinberg平衡吻合。家系调查证实了等位基因具孟德尔遗传特征，观察46次减数分裂未发现突变基因。分别计算了汉族人群CYP19、LPL和TH位点的杂合度（H）、个人识别能力（DP）、多态性信息总量（PIC）和非父排除率（PE），为法医学应用提供了基础数据。

| Abstract: | Polymorphic tetrameric STR loci CYP19, LPL and TH were studied with PCR and PAGelectrophoresis. Allele frequencies of the three loci were calculated from 200 unrelated individuals of Hanpopulation of Wuhan. The genotype data from the loci were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Nomutations were detected in 46 meioses for three STR loci studied. The heterogeneity, discriminating power,exclusion probability and polymorphic information content of the CYP19, LPL and TH loci were estimated.These results suggest that three STR loci are useful markers and provide the data base for forensicapplication. |
