| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨某地区汉族人群慢性丙型肝炎遗传易感性与人类白细胞抗原DRB1等位基因多态性的关系，为寻找慢性丙型肝炎的易感基因和抵抗基因提供线索。方法应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物技术，对74例某地汉族慢性丙型肝炎患者与62例健康对照者进行HLA-DRB1 1301／1302等位基因检测，对两组实验结果进行统计学分析。结果 慢性丙型肝炎组与健康组相比较，HLA-DRB1＊1301／1302等位基因频率分别为6．75、3．38，8.06、4．03，两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 HLA-DRB1＊1301／1302等位基因与某地区汉族人群感染丙肝病毒后形成慢性丙型肝炎无相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the association of HLA-DRB1 allele polymorphism with the genetic susceptibility to chronic hepatitis C(CHC) and to provide a clue for searching a susceptible allele and risistant allele.Methods 74 patients with CHC in Henan were investigated for HLA-DRB1~*1301/1302 allele by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) technique.The results were compared with those from 62 normal healthy people by use of statisticl analysis.Results The frequency of HLA-DRB1~*1301/1302 allele in patient group was not different from the frequency in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion HLA-DRB1~*1301/1302 allele was not associated with chronic hepatitis C in Henan Han population. |
