| 摘 要： | 1985年6月～1985年11月我们对早孕绒毛的取材和直接制备染色体初步进行了研究,共131例。在B超下取材19例,盲取112例,其成功率分别为37%,72.3%,其中80例进行了绒毛直接制备染色体的检查,每例都成功的发现了染色体,其中33例形态较好,可进行核型分析,最后对取材和直接制片问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A primary research of the suction of the villi of early pregnancy.and the direct preparationof chromosome specimens was carried out from june 1985 to september 1986 of the 131 cases,in which villi were sucked 19 cases were taken under B-type ultrasound and 112 cases blindly.The rates of success were 37 % and 72% respectively, 80 cases were examined for the directpreparation of chromosome specimens from villi. Chromosomes were successfully found in eachcase. In 33 cases, the shapes of the chromosomes were good, and the analysis of the types couldbe carried out. Finally the questions of material drawing and direct slice preparation were discussed. |
