广东省地方性氟中毒改水降氟效果监测分析

摘    要:目的:全面了解广东省地方性氟中毒改水降氟效果,以及对改水设施的管理与使用情况。方法:按照“全国地方氟中毒重点监测方案”要求进行。结果:2000年丰顺、普宁、五华、龙川县(市)改水降氟受益人口占92.33%、89.20%、100%、100%;饮水氟平均浓度为0.73、1.03、1.84、0.95mg/L;8~12岁儿童的氟斑牙检出率为6.80%、7.83%、33.47%、19.56%;8~12岁儿童尿氟含量为1.63、0.68、1.68、1.00mg/L。2001年饮水氟平均浓度为0.92、0.35、1.85、0.43mg/L;8~12岁儿童的氟斑牙检率为9.11%、29.0%、12.6%、10.31%。结论:五华、龙川2县,改水降氟措施较落实及管理与使用情况较好,8~12岁儿童氟斑牙的检出率、尿氟含量都稳定在较低的水平。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the effectment of the Water improvement to reduce fluoride (WIRF) and to management and use of WIRF projects installation of endemic Fluorosis in Guangdong province. Methods The investigation was conducted according to "The plan of major surveillance on the endemic fluorosis in China". Results The results showed that the population after WIRF projects in Fengshun, Puning, Wuhua and Longchuan in 2000 were respectively 92.30% , 89.20% , 100% and 100% , that the fluoride content in drinking water averagely 0.73,1.03,1.84,0.95 nig/L respectively, that the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis of chilaren were 6.80% , 7.83% ,33.47%, 19.56% repectively,and that the fluoride in the urine of children were averagely 1.63,0.68 , 1.68,1.00 mg/L respectively. In 2001, the fluoride content in drinking water in above four areas were averagely 0.92,0.35,1.85,0.43 mg/L,the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis of children were 9.11% ,29.0% ,12.6% , 10.31% respectively. Conclusions The results of the WIRF of endemic fluorosis in the Wuhua and Longchuan were the better, the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis of children and the fluoride in the urine maintains the lower level.
