泌尿系感染常见病原菌及其耐药性的变迁

目的　探讨近年来泌尿系感染病原菌及其耐药性的变迁。方法　回顾性分析 1993年、1999年的所有泌尿系感染患者中段尿培养细菌种类 ,药物敏感试验。结果　 2年都是以大肠埃希氏菌 ,葡萄球菌 ,克雷伯菌 ,变形杆菌为主 ,其中大肠杆菌 1993年占 5 2 .6 %。 1999年大肠杆菌仍居首位 ,但葡萄球菌增幅较大 ,达 2 8.2 % ,其中表皮葡萄球菌达 17.6 %。各属细菌的药物的敏感性下降较大。结论　随着抗生素的更新换代及不合理应用 ,人口老龄化 ,环境污染及不洁性行为增多等因素 ,泌尿系感染病原菌及其耐药性产生了变迁

Study on the Alteration of Ordinary Pathogenic Bacterium and Drug resistance in Urological Infection of Urinary System

Objective To investigate the alteration of pathogenic bacterium and drug resistance in infection of urinary system in recent years. Method All pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitive tests in infections of urinary system were analysed retrospectively for 1993 and 1999. Results E coli,Staphylococcus, Klebsiella and Proteus are important pathogenic bacteria in the two years. E coli was?high?as?more?as 52.6% in 1993.In 1999, E coli .was still at the first place.But staphylococcus increased greatly and it reached 28.2%,especially, S epidermids reached 17.6%.The drug sensitivity declined greatly. Conclusion With the progress and misuse of antibiotic,environment pollution,aging of population,illhealth sex,etc.the pathogenic bacteria in uretral infection and drug resistance have great alteration.
