| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除手术方法及疗效。方法:对220例经手术治疗腺样体肥大临床表现、体征影像学及手术、治疗效果进行总结分析。结果:220例患者临床症状消失或改善,无腺样体残留及并发症发生。结论:鼻内镜下鼻口双径路电动微型吸切器腺样体切除术,是一种微创、有效的手术,疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect and method of adenoidectomy guided by endoscope.Methods:220 cases of hypertrophied adenoidectomy.Results: The structures in pharynx nasal recovered well after operation,without residual body and injured auditory tube.Conclusion: Nasal endoscopy-assisted adenoidectomy with debrider was an minimally invasive and effective surgery treatment for hypertrophied adenoid. |
