射频消融治疗室上性心动过速28例临床分析

目的 射频消融术是通过射频电流的热固定作用，于导致心律失常最关键的部位消融、阻断，从而达到根治。本文的目的是评价射频消融术治疗室上性心动过速的有效性与安全性。方法 用射频消融的方法治疗室上性心动过速28例、结果 消融成功率为96．5％，1例失败，2例出现并发症，1例2次手术，无1例复发。结论 射频消融术是一种安全、有效的根治室上性心动过速的方法。

A clinical analysis on the treatment of radiofrequency current ablation in 28 patients with supraventricular tachycardia

Objective To estimate the thesapeutic efficacy of radiofrequency current ablation(RFCA) for supraventricular tachycardia Methods Twenty eight patients with tachyarrihythmia were treated by RFCA Results The success rate of RFCA was 96 5%,one case was failed,complication occurred in two cases,another case undertook two operations,no one had a relapse Conclusion RFCA is a safe and effective treatment for patients with supraventricular tachycardia
