| 摘 要： | 目的：用液氮冷冻狗牙龈组织，为临床牙龈组织疾患治疗、了解牙周和牙髓组织间接损伤提供病理实验依据。方法：用光、电镜观察。结果：冷冻后的组织病理特点是充血肿胀，细胞成份减少，血管变异。超微结构发现牙髓组织呈空泡性和纤维性变等。结论：冷冻后的组织均有不同程度的损伤，在牙龈组织接受冷冻时，不能忽视牙周和牙髓组织的间接损伤

| Abstract: | Aim:To find out the effect of liquid nitrogen refrigeration of gingiva tissue on periodontium and pulp with dogs. Methods: Using optical microscopy and electron microscopy. Results: Hyperemia, swelling, reduction of cell ingredient and variation of blood vessel occurred after refrigeration, The pulp tissue showed vascular degeneration and fibrosis at ultrastructure. Conclusiosns: Refrigeration does some harm to tissue. We shouldn't neglect the indirect damage to periodontium and pulp while refrigerating gingiva. |
