| 摘 要： | 目的：了解龋蚀检知液对牙本质细菌的影响。方法：试管稀释法药敏试验及常规牙本质细菌分离鉴定。结果：经χ２检验，染色前后牙本质细菌的几何均数和检出率无显著差异。结论：检知液染色龋坏牙本质对其中的细菌无影响。

| Abstract: | Aim:To understand the effect ofcarious-disclosing dye on bacteria of carious dentin after it stained the dentin. Methods: Drug susceptibility test, isolation and identification of bacteria of carious dentin. Results: Its MIC for S. mutans, lactobacillus, actinomyces was 25%, 12.5%, 50% respectively. There was no difference between the results of bacteriology of carious dentin before and after staining. Conclusions: Carious-disclosing dye would not affect the bacteria of carious dentin. |
