摘    要:目的:了解IL-6对构成牙髓、尖周组织主要细胞生长的影响,揭示IL-6在牙髓、尖周病变过程中的作用。方法:应用细胞培养技术,采用MTT比色法进行细胞生长及存活状态测定。结果:IL-6抑制牙髓细胞、牙周膜细胞的生长,并呈时间和剂量依赖关系,两细胞间无显著差异。结论:IL-6可能对牙髓、尖周组织损伤的修复和代谢功能有一定影响

Abstract:Aim: To observe the effect of IL-6 on the growth of human pulpal cells and periodontal ligament cells.To evaluate the role of IL-6 in pulpitis and periapical inflammation. Methods: The growth and survive state of cells were measured using MTT methed. Results: IL-6 inhibited the growth of human pulpal cells and peridontal ligament cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner.There was no significant difference between those of the two cells. Conclusions: IL-6 may be plays a role in the repair and metabolism of human pulpal and periapical tissues injure.
