| 摘 要： | 研究颅骨骨化性纤维瘤的ＣＴ、Ｘ线表现，着重探讨颅面骨骨化性纤维瘤的ＣＴ诊断和鉴别诊断要点。 材料与方法。回顾分析１０例颅骨、颌面骨骨化性纤维瘤的临床及影像学资料。结果１０例中，７例经ＣＴ检查，３例经Ｘ线检查。其主要影像表为（１）骨性肿块；（２）膨胀性破坏；（３）病灶边界清楚。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT and plain X ray film features of craniofacial ossifying fibroma, focusing on the key points in diagnosing and distinguishing.Materials and Methods CT (n=7) and X ray (n=3) findings in 10 cases with craniofacial ossifying fibroma were retrospectively analyzed.Results The imaging features were as follows: (1) osseous mass; (2) expanded destruction; (3) sharply bordered focus. Of 7 cases diagnosed on CT, 2 were misdiagnosed, while all 3 cases studied with plain X ray film were misdiagnosed.Conclusion CT scan can well demonstrate the location, extent and contour of craniofacial ossifying fibroma, therefore, it plays an important role in diagnosing and distinguishing. |
