| 摘 要： | [目的]检测妊娠高血压疾病患者血、尿瘦素水平，探讨其临床意义。[方法]采用ELISA法测定40例妊娠高血压疾病和50例正常孕妇血、尿瘦素水平，结合BMI指数、尿蛋白、收缩压和舒张压等相关指标分析其临床意义。[结果】妊娠高血压疾病组血、尿瘦素水平均高于正常妊娠对照组（P〈0．05）；妊娠高血压疾病组中妊娠高血压患者血瘦素水平与对照组无差异，轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期患者血瘦素水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；妊娠高血压、轻度子痫前期患者尿瘦素水平与对照组之间无差异，但均明显低于重度子痫前期患者尿瘦素水平（P〈0．05）；血瘦素水平与患者的收缩压、舒张压相关，尿瘦素水平与妊娠高血压疾病患者的尿蛋白量相关。[结论]妊娠期血瘦素水平升高与妊娠高血压疾病的发生有关，尿瘦素水平增高与肾功能受损有关。
