竹节参总皂苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选竹节参总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(3^4)正交试验对竹节参总皂苷的提取工艺优化,以比色法测定不同工艺提取物中竹节参总皂苷含量。结果:竹节参总皂苷最佳提取工艺为,提取次数2次、浸提时间1.0h、乙醇含量70%,固液比为1:20时总皂苷的得率最高,平均为7.57%。结论:此方法提取率高,方法重复性好,为今后竹节参资源工业化开发提供了一定理论参考。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total saponins of panax japonicus. Method: The content of total saponins of Panax japonicus was determined as markers to evaluate the effect of the extraction of different processes by colorimentric method. Orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process of total saponins. Result: the optimal parameters were adding 20- fold 70% ethanol solution,extracting for two times at 70℃, 1.0 h each time and the average extraction rate of PJS was 7.57%. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is heavy producing and repeatable, it can be useful in industrial exploitation for panax japonicus.
