| 摘 要： | 目的提高对年轻人急性血行播散型肺结核的影像学认识及其疗效探讨。方法回顾性分析58例经痰结核菌培养与临床治疗证实的急性血行播散型肺结核年轻病例。结果胸片观双肺弥漫网织结节样38例,其中合并边缘清楚、粟粒小结节灶17例。单侧肺节段性弥漫网织结节样20例。病变出现1周~2个月。治疗半年内弥漫病灶吸收28例,最快1例15d。结论急性血行播散型肺结核灶分为双肺播散型与节段播散型,以弥漫网织结节样形态为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To recognize the curative effect and imaging characteristics of acute hematogenous disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Fifty-eight patients confirmed by therapy and sputum examination for tubercle bacillus were retrospectively analysed.Results The diffuse reticular nodular changes were founded in two lungs on all chest plan film,thereinto diffuse nodular focus were founded in 17 cases.Segmental diffuse nodular focus coexisted with reticular-nodular changes in one lung were founded in 20 cases.The diffuse focuses were found for one week to two months.The pulmonary diffuse focuses were absorbed within six months by therapy in 20 cases,least time at two weeks.Conclusion Acute hematogenous disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis has two types:two lungs disseminated and segmental distribution.Mostly imaging characteristic is disseminated pulmonary reticular-nodular change. |
