摘    要:采用流动注射原子吸收光谱法测定富硒蔬菜中微量硒 ,在灯电流 10mA、狭缝 0 5nm、波长 196 0nm、电热原子化器加热电压 80V、载气流量 (氩气 ) 2 4 0ml/min条件下 ,进行测试 ,在浓度为 0~ 35 0 0 0 μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系 ,回归线方程为A =0 0 0 2 93C(Se) +0 0 2 16、相关系数r =0 .9988,本法自动化程度高 ,操作简便 ,灵敏度高 ,实用性强

Abstract:To adopt the method of flowing injection of atoms to absorb spectrum to determine the trace selenium in the rich selenium vegetables, the test should be conducted on the condition of a lamp electric current of 10mA, seam of 0.5nm, wave length of 196.0nm, electric heating atomic machine's heating electric pressure of 80V and gas flow (argon) of 240 mL/min. A good linear relation can be obtained within a density range of 0~350.00 μg/L, and the tropic equation is A=0.00293C (Se) + 0.0216 and the relative coefficient r=0.9988. Easy to handle, the method carries high automation degree, fine sensitivity and strong practicality.
