内镜微波治疗消化道疾病的疗效观察

目的：通过对内镜微波组织凝固治疗消化道疾病的疗效观察研究，寻求合适的治疗方案，方法：采用内镜微波组织凝固结合局部注药，对86例消化道疾病患者进行实验性治疗，随访治疗效果。结果：治疗结果显示，对食道、贲门癌患者，有效率为87．6，对胃肠道息肉和十二指肠溃疡出血患者，有效率为100％，结论：治疗效果可靠，值得进一步深入研究和推广应用。

Observing therapeutic effect of alimentary canal diseases treated with endoscope microwave

Objective:In order to find out the therapeutic method though the studing therapeutic effect observation of alimentary canal dieases treated with endoscope microwave tissue solidity.Method:With the combination of endoscope micowave tissue solidity and local injection,86cases of alimentary canaldiseases have been given experital treatment and the curative effect have been visited.Result The curative effect shows that the efficiency of the patients with cancer of esophagus and intestine is87.6percent and the efficiency of gastrointestinal polyp and bleeding gastroduodenal ulceris100per cent.Conclussion:The curative effect is reliable and it is avaluable to study deeply and spead use.
