“双固一通”针法对老年阳虚患者免疫功能的影响

目的观察＂双固一通＂针法对老年阳虚机体免疫功能调节的作用。方法将30例老年阳虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。治疗组采用＂双固一通＂针法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗。另选取15例青年健康男性作为正常组,不治疗。观察阳虚症状的改善情况,检测外周血T细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4＋/CD8＋）和免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgM、IgA）。结果治疗组对阳虚症状的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）,老年阳虚患者减少的T细胞亚群经＂双固一通＂法治疗后含量上升,免疫球蛋白含量增加,与普通针刺治疗相比有显著性差异。结论 ＂双固一通＂针灸法在疾病防治过程中不仅具有疗效优势,而且对于老年机体免疫功能的调节明显优于普通针刺法。

Effect of Double Reinforcing-one Unblocking Acupuncture on Immunologic Function in Senile Patients with Yang Deficiency

Objective To investigate the regulating effect of double reinforcing-one unblocking acupuncture on immunologic function in senile yang deficiency.Methods Thirty senile patients with yang deficiency were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,15 cases each.The treatment group received double reinforcing-one unblocking acupuncture and the control group,conventional acupuncture.Another 15 healthy young males were recruited as a normal group and not given treatment.The symptoms of yang deficiency,and peripheral blood T cell subgroups（CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4＋/CD8＋） and immunoglobulins（IgG,IgM and IgA） were examined.Results The symptoms of yang deficiency were improved more in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Lower T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin contents increased in the senile patients with yang deficiency after treatment with double reinforcing-one unblocking acupuncture.There were statistically significant differences as compared with the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion Double reinforcing-one unblocking acupuncture has not only an advantage in disease prevention and treatment but also a significantly better regulating effect on senile immunologic function than conventional acupuncture.
