| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术前患者口服磷酸钠与“番泻叶＋洗肠散”的肠道准备效果。方法将160例患者分为两组，每组80例，一组口服磷酸钠，一组口服“番泻叶＋洗肠散”，比较两组患者的肠道清洁效果、不适症状、耐受性和可接受性。结果两种肠道清洁口服液的术前肠道准备效果差异无统计学意义，但口服磷酸钠的患者出现的不适症状少，耐受性好，更容易接受。结论磷酸钠口服液是一种便于操作、安全、舒适的肠道准备药物。
