舒适护理在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果

目的探讨舒适护理对冠心病介入治疗患者术后并发症的影响。方法将70例择期行冠心病介入治疗的患者随机分为对照组和实验组各35例,对照组实行常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实行术前、术中、术后舒适护理。比较2组患者术后并发症的发生率及满意度。结果实验组患者术后腰背疼痛、腹胀、排尿困难、烦躁失眠、穿刺部位出血的发生率显著低于对照组。实验组患者满意度高于对照组。结论舒适护理能够明显降低冠心病介入术后患者并发症的发生率,提高患者满意度。

The effects of Comfort care in the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the impact of comfort care to postoperative complications in the percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 70 patients with elective percutaneous coronary intervention therapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received conventional care,and the experimental group received conventional preoperative careI combined with intraoperative and postoperative comfort care. The incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative low back pain,bloating,difficulty urinating,irritability,insomnia,puncture site bleeding was significantly lower in experimental group than those in control group. Experimental group had higher patient satisfaction. Conclusion The comfort care to patients after coronary intervention significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
