丹芪活肝胶囊对D-氨基半乳糖致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察丹芪活肝胶囊对D-氨基半乳糖(D—GalN)所致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法sD大鼠60只,随机分6组,分别为正常对照组,模型组,联苯双酯组,丹芪活肝胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。大鼠分别灌胃给药,1次/d,连续7d,末次给药24h后,除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠均腹腔注射D.GalN600mg,/kg,24h后采血,检测血清ALT、AST活性及TP、ALB、TBIL含量并观察肝组织病理学变化。结果丹芪活肝胶囊能降低D—GalN所致大鼠肝损伤血清ALT、AST活性,提高TP、ALB含量,降低TBIL含量。其中大部分差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。丹芪活肝胶囊高、中剂量组能明显改善肝组织损伤的程度。结论丹芪活肝胶囊对D—GalN诱导的大鼠肝损伤有保护作用,其作用机制可能与保护肝细胞膜、改善蛋白代谢有关,具体机制还需进一步实验研究。

The protective effects of Danqi Huogan capsule on D-GalN induced liver injury in rats

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of Danqi Huogan Capsule (DHC) on liver injury in rats induced by D-Gal N. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, model group, bifendate group, high dosage group of DHC, medium dosage group of DHC, low dosage group of DHC. The rats were administered with DHC by intragastric administration (ig) , one time per day for seven consecutive days, and 24 hours following the last dosage of administration, the rats in all the said groups except for the normal control group were administered with D-Gal N (600 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection (ip) . Blood samples were collected in 24 hours following the ip injection and the levels of ALT, AST activity as well as TP, ALB, TBIL content in serum were measured, and the pathological change of liver tissue were observed. Results DHC has lowered the levels of ALT and AST acitivity, raised TP, ALB content, lowered TBIL content in the serum of the rats with liver damage induced by D-Gal N. Most of the above changes were significant ( P 〈0.05 ) . In addition, the liver injury in both high and medium dosage DHC groups has been significantly improved. Conclusion DHC was proven in this study to have protected against liver injury induced by D-Gal N in rats. The mechanism, the details of which require further experimental studies, may be related to DHC's protection in liver cell membrane and its improvement in Protein metabolism.
